Improving Our Mental Health

In our earlier blog, we spoke about the importance of mental health. In this blog, let us understand how can we improve our mental health on a daily basis.


Most of us would already be doing either some of these practices, or all of them. Let us see a few practices that really help in improving our mental health, if practiced on a daily basis.


One needs to have a good 6 to 8 hours of quality sleep to wake up fresh and ready to face the challenges of the day.

A 30 minute routine walking, cycling, yoga or light exercise as you wish to do helps relax those nerves.

If you are on the brink of getting angry or annoyed at work, do some quick deep breathing exercises - it really helps!

Most important, less screen time and scrolling those reels and focus more on social and family interactions, board games to have a close bond with friends and family, which also makes memories for life.
